【明报专讯】MoMo: Hey Pat, I noticed you've been running at night too. What keeps you going?
Pat: It's tough to stay consistent. I often feel drained after finishing my homework.
MoMo: I make time for running every day. As long as I prioritize my health, everything else falls into place.
Pat: I should start too. Although it's tough, the benefits are worth it.
MoMo: On account of my exercises, I've seen improvements in focus and mood. Consequently, I have become more focused in my studies.
Pat: That's motivating. I'll give it a try. As long as we stay committed, positive changes will follow.
